About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Proposal creation:
1. Develop customized proposals based on clients' requirements.
2. Conduct thorough research to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness.
3. Ensure proposals are clear, persuasive, and aligned with the organization's objectives.
B. Client communication and relationship management:
1. Maintain ongoing communication with clients from the initial contact until the deal is closed.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and feedback.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
C. Sales support and coordination:
1. Act as a bridge of communication between clients and the internal team.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
3. Assist in negotiating terms and finalizing deals in collaboration with the sales team.
D. Research and market analysis:
1. Research industry trends, competitors, and best practices for proposal creation.
2. Continuously improve the proposal-making process by staying updated with market insights.
