About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Research and build a database of companies hiring interns and full-time candidates across industries.
2. Identify and collect contact details of HRs, recruiters, and decision-makers responsible for hiring.
3. Reach out to companies through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch placement and drive collaborations.
4. Convince and onboard companies to participate in the placement drive of the assigned institute.
5. Coordinate between company HRs and the institute’s training & placement cell (TPC) for scheduling, requirements, and processes.
6. Maintain strong relationships with both institutes and companies to ensure recurring collaborations.
7. Track, manage, and report the progress of outreach, conversions, and placement outcomes.
8. Ensure smooth execution of placement drives and provide support in resolving any coordination issues.
