About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Lesson prep & planning: Design IB/IGCSE-aligned lesson plans, examples, demos/sims, and quick checks for understanding.
2. Delivering sessions: Run engaging 1:1 classes, explain concepts with diagrams/problems, and adjust pace based on the student’s responses.
3. Practice & feedback: Assign targeted problems (past papers/topic questions), review mistakes, and give actionable feedback with next steps.
4. Progress tracking & communication: Log what was covered, record strengths/gaps, set goals, and share brief updates with parents/students.
5. Materials & self-upskilling: Curate/update notes, worksheets, and experiment/simulation resources; stay current with syllabus changes and marking schemes.
