About the Internship

As a Personal Assistant intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team members and assist with various administrative tasks.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Travelling for business meets once in a week. ( Allowances will be provided)
2. Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including scheduling and providing meeting agendas.
3. Assist in drafting and editing correspondence and other written materials
4. Conduct research and compile reports on various topics as needed
5. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
6. Provide general administrative support, such as file management and data entry
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to support company goals
8. Manage and prioritize the CEO's schedule and appointments
