About the Internship
Welcome to Aspirint AI, a next-generation Startup Studio built for India’s AI era, where interns don’t just run ads- they test, measure, optimize, and learn performance marketing the real way, working on live MVPs with real users. As part of the Batch 3 intake, you’re entering a setup already buzzing with fast product launches, funnel experiments, real ad campaigns, multi-team collaborations, AI-driven insights, A/B tests, and user acquisition cycles. Performance marketing in this Startup Studio provides real exposure: you’ll work on campaigns with actual budgets, tangible goals, and real consequences, not mock campaigns or theoretical tasks, allowing you to see what works, what fails, and why. Inside the studio, performance marketers collaborate closely with product teams to understand the offer, design teams for creatives, growth teams for funnel alignment, and content and video teams for ad angles, making it the perfect environment to learn how ads truly work beyond tutorials.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in running Google & Meta ad campaigns
2. Help create and test ad variations
3. Analyse performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.)
4. Suggest improvements for creatives, copy & targeting
5. Support landing page testing & funnel optimisation
6. Coordinate with design for ad creatives
7. Research audience segments & competitor ads
8. Use AI tools for copywriting & idea generation
9. Document experiments, wins & losses
10. Participate in weekly performance reviews
