About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Update the Demand Planning Sheet on a regular basis to analyze inventory requirements and plan corrective actions such as inter-warehouse stock movement, track transit timelines etc.
2. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement of goods/services.
3. Track vendor payments and ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
4. Oversee addition of inventories in the system and verify data accuracy.
5. Prepare GST data and assist in filing returns accurately and within deadlines.
6. Perform GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) checks and follow up with vendors in case of discrepancies.
7. Prepare TDS data and assist in filing returns accurately and within deadlines.
8. Prepare and process intercompany invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
9. Ensure alignment with finance, compliance, and internal reporting needs.
10. Ensure timely payments to partners as per agreed schedules and address queries as and when raised by the partners.
11. Maintain accurate and updated documentation for procurement, invoicing, vendor contracts, and operational transactions.
