About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Number procurement & assignment: Raise orders and procure VoIP numbers from providers like Tata Tele. Assign and unassign numbers to customers as per business needs. Maintain accurate records of all number-related transactions.
2. Number lifecycle management: Take complete ownership of each number from procurement to deactivation. Maintain structured documentation of number usage, assignment, and status. Monitor and ensure optimal utilization of purchased resources.
3. Vendor coordination: Liaise with vendors to resolve issues, ensure timely number procurement, and manage escalations. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor support teams.
4. Process documentation & improvement: Document operational processes clearly and regularly update for accuracy. Identify inefficiencies in daily workflows and propose actionable improvements.
5. Operational analysis & problem solving: Understand day-to-day operational bottlenecks. Suggest and help implement effective solutions to streamline processes.
