About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Reach out to potential service partners to introduce Servyo and onboard new partners onto the platform.
2. Assist in onboarding new partners by guiding them through documentation, app usage, and initial setup.
3. Identify and explore new sourcing channels (online platforms, local networks, referrals, communities) to continuously expand partner base.
4. Be in-charge of partner relationships and handle day-to-day queries, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure smooth operations.
5. Coordinate between internal teams and partners for availability, updates, issue resolution, and service-related communication.
6. Maintain basic records of partner interactions, onboarding status, and feedback to support operational planning.
7. Share on-ground insights and suggestions to help improve partner experience, onboarding processes, and operational efficiency.
