About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Perform first-level photo selection and culling.
2. Organize photos into structured folders based on events, ceremonies, and shoots.
3. Coordinate with photo and video editors for assignment handovers.
4. Track editing timelines, deadlines, and follow-ups.
5. Manage the sending and receiving of data between editors and internal teams.
6. Maintain and organize Google Drive folders efficiently.
7. Upload raw files and edited deliverables in a timely manner.
8. Prepare final delivery folders as per project requirements.
9. Share approved delivery links with clients.
10. Maintain and update project tracking sheets.
11. Record and manage client details and shoot-related information.
12. Assist in basic invoice preparation using provided templates.
13. Shortlist and curate photos for Instagram posts.
14. Create simple reels using existing photo and video footage.
15. Schedule social media posts as per the content calendar.
16. Handle basic responses to Instagram direct messages.
