About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Oversee day-to-day business activities to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Coordinate with different departments (sales, accounts, production, and logistics).
3. Monitor and manage operational schedules, deadlines, and deliveries.
4. Maintain records of work orders, inventory, and reports.
5. Identify bottlenecks in processes and suggest improvements.
6. Standardize operating procedures and ensure compliance.
7. Implement cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing measures.
8. Liaise with suppliers for timely material procurement.
9. Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
10. Ensure quality checks for incoming and outgoing goods.
11. Maintain operational databases, dashboards, and documentation.
12. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
13. Track KPIs like productivity, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
14. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
15. Maintain statutory compliance in operations.
16. Train staff on safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
17. Assign tasks to operational staff and monitor completion.
