About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for merchants on payment gateways.
2. Collect, verify, and review KYC, business, and bank documents as per regulatory and gateway requirements.
3. Coordinate with payment gateway partners, banks, and internal teams for approvals and account activation.
4. Ensure compliance with RBI, PCI-DSS, AML, and other regulatory guidelines.
5. Track onboarding status and follow up to ensure timely activation.
6. Assist in resolving onboarding-related issues, rejections, or delays.
7. Maintain accurate merchant onboarding records and MIS reports.
8. Support merchants during integration, testing, and go-live stages.
9. Handle communication with merchants regarding documentation, status updates, and compliance queries.
