About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handling the entire operational activities, including overall operation of the education and training center, people process, client management, and operations.
2. Accountable for maintaining the KRA (Key Responsibilities Area) Report for Astrologers daily, weekly & monthly.
3. Supervising overall operational management, systems, and planning with the senior management.
4. Lead the continuous improvement process of the operational things on the platform.
5. Evaluating & re-evaluating various SOPs from time to time to ensure adherence.
6. Evaluating reports from Operations, Quality & Training to re-engineer & evolve processes
