About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Create and update purchase orders in Zoho as per defined formats and internal approvals.
2. Complete purchase receives in Zoho, ensuring quantity, rate, and tax details are accurately captured.
3. Prepare and process customer/vendor billing in Zoho, maintaining proper documentation and records.
4. Coordinate and follow up with warehouse teams, finance, clients and other stakeholders to close orders, POs, GRNs, and billing queries.
5. Maintain trackers/reports for SOs, POs, GRNs, and invoices to ensure timely closure and zero follow-up gaps.
Support the operations team in basic data entry, documentation, MIS & follow-ups as required.
