About the Internship
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented purchase intern to support our procurement and inventory functions. This role involves coordination with vendors, data management, and maintaining product documentation to ensure smooth operational flow and sales readiness.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries
2. Create and manage purchase orders
3. Enter and update procurement and inventory data
4. Maintain an up-to-date catalog of all new products
5. Support inventory tracking and database management
6. Work closely with suppliers to document product details and specifications
7. Maintain a comprehensive product database to support the sales team
