As a growing IT services company, we work with clients across industries and geographies, and smooth operations are the secret behind everything we deliver.We’re now looking for an Operations Intern to join our small but efficient team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll learn how a tech services company functions behind the scenes, across project coordination, task tracking, team communication, documentation, and client follow-ups.
If you're detail-oriented, process-driven, and excited to play a key supporting role in actual delivery, this internship is for you. Strong alignment could lead to a full-time opportunity post-internship.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Coordinate with internal teams (design, dev, content) to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain project timelines, checklists, and progress trackers.
Assist in client communications, including follow-ups and status updates.
Prepare internal documentation, meeting notes, and task summaries.
Support in organizing data, and operational workflows.
