About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in planning and creating customized travel itineraries for clients.
2. Coordinating with hotels, airlines, and local vendors for bookings and travel arrangements
3. Managing client inquiries through calls, emails, and social media platforms
4. Researching destinations, activities, and experiences to enhance travel packages.
5. Supporting marketing efforts through content creation, social media updates, and promotional campaigns.
6. Maintaining and updating customer databases, travel documents, and booking records.
7. Helping in preparing quotations, invoices, and travel confirmations.
8. Assisting in resolving customer queries and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
9. Staying updated with travel trends, visa regulations, and tourism industry developments.
