About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities for our organization. The role involves sourcing vendors for marketing materials, office supplies, and operational needs, ensuring quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The candidate must also be willing to conduct market visits whenever necessary to evaluate vendors, check product quality, and negotiate deals.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle the end-to-end procurement cycle – sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and purchase.
2. Conduct vendor research and identify suppliers for marketing materials, office supplies, and operational requirements.
3. Carry out on-ground market visits to compare products, evaluate pricing, and ensure quality.
4. Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
5. Work with the marketing and graphics teams to procure branding collaterals (banners, brochures, merchandise, etc.).
6. Inspect and verify the quality of procured goods and services before approval.
7. Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor details.
8. Monitor and track inventory levels for timely replenishment.
9. Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships for reliability and efficiency.
10. Stay updated with market trends, costs, and supplier innovations.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or related fields.
3. Strong negotiation and research skills.
4. Willingness to conduct field/market visits as required.
5. Basic knowledge of marketing and graphics requirements (design prints, branding, merchandising).
6. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
7. Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.

9. Prior experience in procurement of marketing or office supplies.
10. Familiarity with vendor sourcing platforms and contract management.
11. Ability to handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
