About the Internship
We are looking for an 'Operations Execution Intern' to focus on kitchen operations, process implementation, and execution monitoring. This role is field-heavy, designed for individuals passionate about operations excellence and on-ground execution. You will work closely with outlet teams, area/regional managers, and the strategy intern to ensure smooth rollout of processes across kitchens.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Supporting execution of Ops Process Manager’s strategies across 18 cloud kitchens.
2. Working directly with outlet managers, shift managers, and kitchen teams to ensure compliance.
3. Tracking and reporting KPT (Kitchen Prep Time), FIFO adherence, hygiene audits, and inventory control.
4. Ensuring checklists and SOPs are implemented and followed daily.
5. Identifying process bottlenecks on the ground and escalating with actionable inputs.
6. Coordinating with the 'Strategy Intern' to ensure a feedback loop from kitchen to management.
7. Driving data collection, reporting, and validation for kitchen ops KPIs.
