About the Internship
Location: On-the-ground visits to colleges, NGOs, and partner institutions as needed, meetings once a week and hybrid work otherwise.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research & Outreach: Map colleges, NGOs, and institutions; run outreach campaigns; schedule and attend meetings.
2. On-ground Visits: Travel as needed to campuses and partner orgs for events, workshops, surveys, or relationship-building.
3. Operations: Own day-to-day tasks—note-taking, follow-ups, basic CRM/data hygiene, vendor coordination, and logistics.
4. Content & Communication: Draft crisp emails, summaries, proposals, and social updates; maintain documentation.
5. Projects & Experiments: Take on diverse mini-projects across product/ops/BD; measure outcomes and report learnings.
6. Team Support: Be the “get-things-done” person, if it helps the mission, you’ll figure it out and ship.
You’ll thrive here if you
1. Are exceptionally sharp and learn crazy fast.
2. Have excellent English and strong Kannada or Hindi (we will test language skills).
3. Communicate clearly, write well, and can represent Supernan professionally in meetings.
4. Are comfortable with ambiguity, context-switching, and owning end-to-end outcomes.
5. Can travel regularly for field visits and events when required.
6. Bring hustle with humility, ask good questions, seek feedback, and iterate.
7. Have your own laptop and reliable internet.
