About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Support day-to-day retail operations across kiosks, pop-ups, and stores
2. Assist in store setup, launches, and on-ground coordination with vendors and mall teams
3. Help implement and follow SOPs for store opening, closing, billing, CRM usage, and customer handling
4. Track inventory movement and assist with stock counts, replenishment, and basic audits
5. Ensure store readiness at all times - cleanliness, display setup, signage, and essential supplies
6. Act as on-ground support for store teams to help resolve operational issues quickly
7. Support location research and on-ground evaluation for new stores
8. Maintain daily and weekly reports related to inventory, sales support, operational tasks, and location observations
9. Coordinate with central teams to ensure smooth communication and execution across functions
