About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Monitor & review: Listen to recorded or live telecaller conversations to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to content guidelines.
2. Quality assurance: Identify areas of improvement in telecaller communication — tone, language, empathy, and clarity.
3. Compliance check: Flag any inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating content and coordinate corrective action.
4. Feedback & training: Share structured feedback with telecallers and support training initiatives to improve overall communication standards.
