About the Internship
MH London is hiring for 'E-commerce Operations Analyst Intern.'Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in order processing & fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to customers.
2. Work on tracking and reporting sales to monitor order volumes and revenue.
3. Maintain inventory, order, in-production, and in-transit reports to keep track of order status.
4. Work on catalog management and listing to ensure products are properly displayed on the website.
5. Execute short and long-term fulfillment of operational strategies to optimize order processing efficiency.
6. Fulfill daily operational priorities to maximize the customer experience during the order fulfillment process.
7. Manage communication with the operations team for various portals to ensure smooth order processing.
8. Assist in the complete life cycle of the product from product design to final customer delivery, including processing returns.
Note: The role consists about 30% of data analysis.
