About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct online tutoring sessions for students studying organic chemistry
2. Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and needs
3. Assist students in understanding key organic chemistry concepts and principles
4. Provide guidance on homework assignments, practice problems, and exam preparation
5. Track student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their understanding of the material
6. Communicate effectively with students to ensure a positive and productive learning experience
7. Collaborate with fellow tutors and supervisors to continuously improve tutoring practices and strategies
