About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Develop a curriculum to ensure structured and effective learning experiences
2. Plan daily lessons to align with learning objectives and student needs
3. Conduct online classes to deliver engaging and interactive instruction
4. Adopt a data-driven attitude toward measuring learner progress for continuous improvement
5. Develop learning activities and hands-on materials to enhance student understanding
6. Attend to individual student needs by offering personalized support and guidance
7. Demonstrate an awareness of different student backgrounds and cultures to create an inclusive learning environment
8. Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and performance
9. Provide extra support to students who need it to ensure their academic success
10. Monitor student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement
11. Use learner data to constantly refine the curriculum and optimize teaching methods
12. Provide regular feedback to students to help them improve and stay motivated
