About the Internship
As an Online Event Management intern at ADORE, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative team in planning and executing virtual events. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless event logistics and engaging attendees from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating and managing all aspects of online events, including scheduling, invitations, and technical support.
2. Work closely with marketing teams to promote events through social media and other online platforms.
3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to enhance event experiences.
4. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues during events.
5. Collaborate with vendors and partners to secure necessary resources for successful event delivery.
6. Monitor event metrics and provide post-event analysis to improve future events.
7. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall event management process and drive company growth.
