Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation.
2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
3. Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and equipment needs.
4. Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting in onboarding.
5. Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
6. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of services/products.
7. Monitor office expenses and support budgeting processes.
