About the Internship
We are a growing insurance broking firm seeking an experienced Email Migration Specialist to help us seamlessly migrate our email system from Google Workspace (Gmail) to Zoho Mail/Zoho Workplace. We have been using Google Workspace since 2020, with approximately 50 users, and now wish to transition to Zoho for business and operational reasons.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan and execute complete migration of emails, calendar, contacts, and settings from Google Workspace to Zoho Mail.
2. Migrate user data safely and securely without data loss.
3. Ensure smooth transition with minimal downtime.
4. Coordinate with our internal team for user access and verification.
5. Post-migration validation and issue resolution.
6. Set up DNS and MX records as needed.
