About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Designing and implementing Nation-wide social impact initiatives aligned with our mission.
2. Conducting fundraising and outreach campaigns to mobilize resources and create awareness.
3. Engaging with donors, communities, and partners to build long-term relationships.
4. Supporting HR functions — recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance tracking, along with compensation management; Only for candidates with HR background. (Only 4 openings for HR roles).
5. Leading or assisting in small teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and reporting.
6. Leverage storytelling and digital outreach to create awareness and increase donor participation.
7. Creating and executing digital content & marketing strategies for campaigns.
8. Conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting in program monitoring.
9. Coordinating with management for operational, administrative, and strategic support.
10. Assist in program monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on social impact progress.
