About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in ideating and developing original music IPs and event concepts
2. Support planning and coordination of live events, shows, and campaigns
3. Collaborate with artists for scheduling, logistics, and on-ground support
4. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams for smooth execution
5. Research music trends and suggest new concepts for youth-driven engagement
6. Help manage event documentation, artist contracts, and basic budgeting
7. Support social media and marketing team for promotions around IPs/events
8. Maintain project timelines and follow-ups with all stakeholders
9. Draft event briefs, pitch decks, and presentation materials
10. Attend team meetings and brainstorm sessions for creative input
