About the Internship

We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Motion graphics and video producer who can produce compelling 2D/3D animated videos from scratch using traditional and AI tools. This role demands expertise across the full video production pipeline — from scripting and animation to editing, publishing, and optimizing content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is not just a video editor but a full-stack video creator who can work with AI-powered tools, deliver high-quality animated content, and collaborate with social media teams to maximize the performance and ROI of every piece of video content.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Extract and generate data from various sources.
2. Work on natural language processing (NLP) tasks.
3. Integrate machine learning models into existing systems.

A. Video Creation & Animation
1. Create videos from scratch including concept development, storyboarding, animation, and editing
2. Produce 2D and 3D motion graphics, explainer videos, promotional videos, reels, and shorts
3. Use AI-powered tools (e.g., RunwayML, Pika, Kaiber, Synthesia, HeyGen, Stable Video, etc.) for accelerated and high-quality video production
4. Animate characters, objects, and typography using tools like After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Toonly, etc.
5. Add compelling visuals, transitions, music, voiceovers, and sound design to enhance viewer engagement

B. Editing & Post-Production
1. Perform end-to-end editing of videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
2. Apply advanced effects, color correction, and visual storytelling techniques
3. Ensure final output is platform-optimized (dimensions, duration, hooks, etc.)

C. Publishing & Optimization
1. Distribute videos across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others
2. Write compelling titles, tags, thumbnails, and video descriptions to improve SEO and CTR
3. Use data analytics and A/B testing to optimize videos for engagement, reach, and ROI
4. Collaborate with social media managers and marketers to align video strategy with broader campaigns
5. Stay updated on platform algorithms, content trends, and audience preferences

Requirements:

• Proven portfolio of animated and live-action video content (2D and 3D)
• Strong experience with motion design tools: After Effects, Blender, Maya, Adobe Animate, etc.
• Proficiency in AI tools for video, animation, and voice: Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, etc.
• Deep understanding of YouTube Studio, Instagram Reels, TikTok publishing, and content performance
• Strong knowledge of video optimization techniques for different platforms (SEO, hashtags, hooks, etc.)
• Strategic mindset to advise marketing teams on maximizing engagement and conversions through video
• Ability to manage video projects end-to-end, from scripting to publishing
