About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, collections, and inventory.
2. Update and maintain project data in CRM/MIS systems, including bookings, leads, and payments.
3. Create dashboards to track key metrics like sales performance, receivables, and occupancy.
4. Analyse sales trends and customer patterns to provide useful insights for the team.
5. Identify data errors or missing information and coordinate with teams to correct them.
6. Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to collect, verify, and streamline data.
7. Prepare presentation-ready data and summaries for management meetings.
8. Use MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
