About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Track delivery SLAs, order fulfilment, issue resolution, client expansion, and overall client satisfaction
2. Monitor day-to-day operations via dashboards and coordinate with internal ops, tech, and city teams to resolve delivery hiccups swiftly
3. Build strong, proactive relationships with client POCs, share performance insights, work on account growth, and ensure client retention
4. Identify process bottlenecks and push for operational improvements while working closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
5. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on account performance
