About the Internship
We are seeking a driven and analytical mergers & acquisitions (M&A) intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about finance, strategy, and deal-making to gain first-hand exposure to the complete M&A lifecycle — from research and analysis to live transaction discussions.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting high-level secondary market research across industries and potential target companies.
2. Assisting in preparing databooks and internal reports for ongoing and potential deals.
3. Supporting target evaluation and M&A discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Plotting and analyzing financial statements of prospective acquisition targets.
