About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conducting Research-Oriented – Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses to collect information for surveys, feedback, or market research purposes.
2. Data Collection & Recording – Accurately document responses and insights gathered during calls into spreadsheets or CRM tools.
3. Lead Qualification & Profiling – Gather and verify key details such as company size, industry, contact information, and potential interest in specific services.
4. Market & Competitor Insights Gathering – Use calls to collect informal insights about competitors, customer preferences, or market gaps.
5. Follow up on call and Support– follow up and summarize findings from calls to support sales and push customers to purchase our products.
6. Maintaining Call Quality & Ethics– Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and data privacy while interacting with respondents.
