About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Prepare & execute the complete product design validation plan.
2. Perform accelerated/endurance life test at the module level and product level.
3. Good knowledge of FMEA, FTA method, RCCA, and stress testing.
4. Basic understanding of PCB, motor, sensors, motor control system, etc.
5. Ability to interpret testing and quality standards and manage lab equipment.
6. Ability to coordinate with testing labs/quality/certification engineers for testing standards, methodology, and test reports.
7. Perform IQC/FAI for different parts.
8. Understanding of the quality requirements in the structure of electromechanical products, sensors, motors, plastic, metal and rubber.
9. In-depth understanding of technical documentation.
10. Familiar with statistical analysis, do Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis.
11. Experience with materials testing, thermal analysis and verification.
12. Familiar with product-PCB test procedures for impact (drop test) from mechanical elements.
13. Study the root cause of the malfunction of prototype and serial products.
14. Development of test plans, procedures, work instructions and test bench design.
15. Understanding of product reliability test.
16. Performs other duties as assigned.
