About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source target accounts and build clean prospect lists.
2. Enrich leads with decision-maker details and verified contacts.
3. Run personalized multi-channel outreach (email/LinkedIn/WhatsApp/calls).
4. Qualify prospects on pain points, use case, budget, and timeline.
5. Schedule and confirm demos; send invites and reminders.
6. Prepare demo agendas, FAQs, and basic collateral for the sales lead.
7. Send recap notes/proposals and drive fast, structured follow-ups.
8. Share the onboarding checklist (agreements, KYC, access, integrations).
9. Guide clients through setup and basic configuration to first use.
10. Deliver short product trainings and share quick-start resources.
11. Track Time-to-Value and proactively clear blockers with stakeholders.
12. Log every touchpoint in the CRM with next steps and due dates.
13. Maintain Notion SOPs, templates, and up-to-date account pages.
14. Capture FAQs and relay product/UX feedback to the team.
15. Escalate risks early and suggest practical workarounds.
16. Report daily progress and weekly pipeline with risks and recovery plans.
17. Hit activity targets while maintaining 100% CRM hygiene.
