About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Execute customer engagement initiatives through SMS, WhatsApp, and IVR campaigns.
2. Classify customers using multiple criteria to reach defined audience segments.
3. Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and share insights with clients.
4. Manage and track leads by initiating contact, updating information, and recording call results in the CRM system.
