About the Internship
Role OverviewAs a Lead Generation Intern, you will be responsible for researching, identifying, and reaching out to potential clients and partners on LinkedIn and other platforms. You’ll also help design and implement lead generation systems, funnels, and processes to support consistent business growth.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, groups, and advanced search to identify target prospects.
2. Connect, engage, and nurture relationships with potential leads.
3. Draft and send personalized outreach messages, connection requests, and follow-ups.
4. Compile and maintain a database of leads with accurate contact and company information.
5. Segment leads based on target audience, industry, and potential value.
6. Use tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, etc. for data enrichment (if available).
7. Assist in creating and optimizing lead generation funnels (from awareness to conversion).
8. Document and improve outreach workflows, follow-up schedules, and lead-tracking processes.
9. Suggest and implement automation tools (Zapier, CRM workflows, LinkedIn automation tools) where applicable.
10. Track and report weekly KPIs (connections sent, responses, leads qualified).
11. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaigns.
12. Maintain CRM/Google Sheets records consistently.
Requirements
1. Basic understanding of LinkedIn, B2B prospecting, and outreach.
2. Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar (training provided).
3. Strong written English communication skills.
4. Data-driven mindset and willingness to learn CRM and automation tools.
5. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
