Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Launch and manage customer interaction programs via SMS, WhatsApp, and IVR platforms.
2. Segment the customer base using diverse parameters to effectively target specific audiences.
3. Generate comprehensive performance reports for campaigns and present key findings to clients.
4. Handle lead coordination by reaching out to prospects, maintaining updated records, and documenting communication outcomes in the CRM database.
