About the Internship
Join Crown Décor as a Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience in presales and digital marketing. You will assist in calling leads, maintaining communication records, following up with clients, and reporting updates to the management. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn sales techniques, client handling, and marketing operations in a dynamic environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in calling leads and handling presales activities. Maintain and update client databases and communication records accurately. Follow up with potential clients and update their status. Share product information, catalogues, and promotional offers via WhatsApp and email. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Prepare basic reports on calling and follow-ups for the team. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth workflow. Learn to maintain professionalism and effective client communication.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently, pursuing a 2nd-year graduation in any field, preferably English, Marketing, or Business Administration. Strong interest in sales, marketing, and client engagement. Good verbal and written communication skills.
