About the Internship
We’re looking for a highly motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Interns to support our digital marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and more. As a Performance Marketing Intern, you’ll play a key role in driving traffic, generating leads, improving conversions, and learning how data-driven advertising works in real time.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
2. Monitor performance metrics like CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.
3. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
4. Support in writing ad copies and preparing creative briefs.
5. A/B test creatives and landing pages.
6. Generate campaign reports using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel.
7. Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams.
8. Suggest data-backed optimizations to improve performance.
