About the Internship
Gallant Play is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing & Community Intern who can assist in marketing tasks and help build strong relationships with our community, clients, and new prospects.This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable performing a variety of tasks. You don’t need in-depth marketing experience — just a basic understanding and a willingness to grow.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Community Building and Client Support
1. Engage with the Gallant Play community, including players, partners, and venue users.
2. Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients.
3. Handle new prospect inquiries, share information, and ensure timely follow-ups.
4. Help in organizing community activities, events, and engagement initiatives.
5. Support customer experience and communication across platforms.
B. Marketing Assistance
1. Help create and upload basic content on social media.
2. Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for marketing tasks.
3. Assist with website updates, newsletters, and announcements.
4. Conduct research, competitor checks, and simple campaign tracking.
5. Use Canva or similar tools for basic creatives.
