About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Implement and oversee customer engagement campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, and IVR channels.
2. Analyze and segment customers based on multiple factors to accurately target key audience groups.
3. Prepare detailed campaign analysis reports and communicate performance insights to clients.
4. Coordinate and manage leads by initiating contact, updating databases, and recording call outcomes in the CRM system.
