About the Internship
Wehyb Online Services LLP is a fast-growing HR and compliance consultancy that helps businesses streamline their HR functions through smart, technology-driven solutions. We focus on efficiency, compliance, and innovation- empowering startups and growing companies to overcome their HR and operational challenges. We are seeking a proactive and ambitious marketing and sales intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about communication, branding, and client acquisition. You will be directly involved in lead generation, outreach, and client engagement activities to support our business growth.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct cold calling and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
2. Generate and qualify leads through market research and online platforms
3. Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing and sales campaigns
4. Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and move leads through the sales funnel
5. Support in proposal creation, presentations, and client communication
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and email campaigns
7. Perform competitive and market analysis to identify new opportunities
8. Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights with the team
9. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative outreach strategies
