About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Acquiring clients (primarily online) through cold calling and activating them for trading.
2. Promoting and selling Demat and trading accounts along with third-party financial products.
3. Guiding and redirecting customers to appropriate counters based on their needs.
4. Maintaining a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and proactively addressing customer concerns.
5. Conducting social media marketing of the company and its related services.
