Receiver’s profile
Any specific Cohorts emerging out of this
Regulatory:
Guidelines & Policy framework
Contribution of traditional banking system transactions v/s Digital lead transactions:
Benefits of Digital lead transactions (If any)
Is it cost-driven?
Is it convenience-driven?
Is it faster & more reliable?
Any other?
Consumer Behaviour:
Sender’s
Receiver’s
How & when is the remittance triggered?
Is it need-based or regular remittances?
Which device is a sender & receiver & why?
Platform & Devices:
Which companies are the leaders: example Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly, etc.
Reasons why a particular company is leading v/s not being used.
Is there a scope to bring a solution to a feature phone that replicates the smartphone experience? Will consumers adopt it, and if so, why?
Expectation of consumers if a solution is developed for feature phones.
