About the Internship
Role Overview: We’re looking for a curious, analytical intern to join our Growth & Customer Insights team. The role will involve interacting with select customer cohorts to uncover behavioral trends, motivations, and drop-off reasons, enabling data-backed decisions across marketing, sales, and product teams.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. ● Conduct structured interviews and interactions with past leads and customers across various cohorts
2. ● Identify behavioral patterns, pain points, and key decision-making factors
3. ● Consolidate findings into actionable insights and share with cross-functional teams
4. ● Collaborate with the growth and product teams to experiment on insights gathered
5. ● Assist in building customer personas and journey maps
6. ● Contribute to strategic discussions on how to improve conversion and engagement
