About the Internship
As part of our fast-paced product team, you’ll get hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle- from requirements to release- and help ensure that every Bluegrass module delivers a seamless and reliable user experience. We are looking for a manual tester intern to join our QA team and work closely with developers and senior management. The role involves end-to-end functional, regression, and UAT testing of travel ERP modules such as finance, operations, and reporting. You’ll play a key role in identifying bugs, improving test coverage, and ensuring quality before each deployment. There is also scope for automation, and contributing to implementing automation testing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured testing, has an analytical mindset, and wants to gain end-to-end exposure to ERP testing in a live business environment.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Execute manual test cases for Bluegrass ERP modules across web and desktop environments.
2. Document and track bugs using internal tools (Jira/Trello or equivalent).
3. Work with developers to reproduce and resolve issues efficiently.
4. Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing on new builds.
5. Participate in UAT and validate business flows against functional requirements.
6. Maintain detailed test reports, logs, and documentation.
