About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manually collect and verify recycling center information from public websites and directories
2. Fill in structured Excel sheets with fields such as facility name, address, materials accepted, services, operating hours, and contact information
3. Cross-check information from multiple sources (government portals, websites, PDFs)
4. Identify red flags such as outdated data, private/unverified listings, or inconsistencies according to pre-defined rules.
5. Follow SOPs closely to ensure accuracy, consistency, and formatting
6. Communicate clearly with the LLM and web scraping teams to flag data gaps or validation issues
