About the Internship
As a 'Management Intern', you’ll be key to research and strategy for our LegalTech initiatives.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Market Research & Analysis:
1. Researching the Indian LegalTech market (SME focus) for trends, needs, and opportunities for our initiatives.
2. Analyzing the LegalTech competitive landscape (solutions, SWOT, positioning).
3. Researching global LegalTech trends and innovation models for best practices adaptable to India.
B. Opportunity Identification & Validation:
1. Identifying SME problems solvable by tech-driven legal solutions from our initiatives.
2. Supporting validation of potential venture ideas via primary/secondary research (surveys, interviews).
3. Analyzing data for market size, demand, and feasibility of ventures from these initiatives.
C. Benchmarking & Best Practices:
1. Benchmarking successful LegalTech firms/hubs (India/global) for models, offerings, and GTM strategies for our initiatives.
2. Identifying success factors and pitfalls in scaling LegalTech ventures.
D. Reporting & Documentation:
1. Synthesizing research into clear reports, presentations, and summaries for these initiatives.
2. Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of market insights, competitive intelligence, and potential concepts.
3. Assisting in preparing strategy documents and pitch decks for venture ideas from these initiatives.
E. Support for LegalTech Initiative Operations:
1. Providing administrative/operational support to the LegalTech initiatives team.
2. Assisting in organizing meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions for these initiatives.
